My Passion has always been about empowering you to succeed, through my personal branding coaching and reputation management consultancy services. it has and will always continue to be about you.

I believe in dreams no matter how small. This believe comes from the concept of  the "economy of unscale". Yes I know you always hear about, economy of scale and how good it is to be big and be able to swallow up the small guys, taking all that is there to take. I tell you today, the tide is about to turn and has even already started. This is evidence from a series of breakthrough technologies and new business models that are making the old rule of "bigger is better" an obsolete philosophy.

By exploiting the vast (but cheap) audience afforded by the Internet, and taking advantage of a host of modular services, small becomes the new big. The global business environment is decomposing into smaller yet more profitable markets, so businesses can no longer rely on scaling up to compete, but must instead embrace a new "economies of unscale."

This is same with your personal Brand. Think of your self as a brand today.

Are you a lawyer, an accountant, a banker, a doctor, a teacher, a musician, or an entrepreneur? Are you just one of them? And you are thinking, oh I have a career that will last me a life time and make me all the money I need? Think again. Well am sure you will realize that you are not the only one in that profession. Perhaps there are, and will be many more new entrants into your profession and area of work. Dfferentiation is key to your personal Brand.

Brands are not just for big corporations. In fact, a personal brand will serve as an important key to your success. A personal brand will help clearly and consistently define, express, and communicate who you are, who you serve, and why you have chosen to dedicate your life and work to serving your target market so that you can attract your most ideal clients and not those who are less than ideal.

I believe in the Pareto Principle  of The 80/20 Rule, which says that in anything a few (20 percent) are vital and many(80 percent) are trivial.

Be part of the 20 percent of the population, that is vital and earn 80 percent of the worlds income more than your colleagues, 80 percent of the market, 80 percent of the world's respect, recognition, credibility and loyalty as you strive to be a unique selling brand.

Personal branding is far more than just what you do or what your web site and business cards look like. It is you — uniquely you. It allows you to distinguish yourself from everyone else: what is unique about who you are, what you stand for, and what you do.
Your brand is about making yourself known for your skills and talents. More than that — your brand is about what you stand for.

Successful people find their style, build a brand based on it, and boldly express themselves
through that brand. To let the world see your true, authentic worth is powerful and it makes you memorable.
